I’m excited to invite you to a special Sunset Rooftop Sound Journey in celebration of the Summer Equinox and the Strawberry Full Moon on Friday 21st June in Kaina, Apokoronas.

Join Ed and I for an enchanting evening of sound healing, relaxation and connection at our home, to welcome the new season and embrace the next chapter of your journey.

Imagine lying under the night sky, stars twinkling above you, the White Mountains just a breath away, relaxing into the soothing and healing sounds that move and clear your body and energy.

We’ll gather in our garden for light refreshments at 8pm and start the sound journey at sunset, around 8.30pm.

Ed will share a guided relaxation mediation to help us welcome the new season and prepare us for receiving the healing powers of the sounds.

This is a moment to slow down, listen to the whispers of your soul, and connect with yourself in a loving, nurturing and healing space.

What to Bring:
A comfortable mat to lie on, cushion or pillow
Water in a non-breakable bottle
